Intel Haswell CPU lineup leaked online, led by flagship Core i7-4770K

                             
It has come to our attention that Intel will be releasing 14 different Haswell desktop processors spanning the Core i5 and Core i7 brands next year. The next generation chips will use a new socket so if you are looking to upgrade from your existing setup, know that you’ll have to spring for a new motherboard with a Lynx Point chipset to do so.

We already know that Intel is planning to significantly reduce power consumption on next generation Haswell processors (down to as low as 10 watts) but a new rumor making the rounds this morning says we won’t have to wait that long before we see power requirements drop.

MSI unveils GT60 Workstation notebook with Quadro, Ivy Bridge

Although MSI has been building high-end notebooks for years, nearly all of them have targeted gamers and few if any have been specifically designed for intensive production. That's about to change as the company has announced plans to enter the mobile workstation market, with its first system expected to ship next month.
